The 300 Workout

Fellas,

Looking to get bigger, fuller muscles, while getting read of the fat that hides those abdominals? Well, here is a workout that I'd recommend doing once a week that will most certainly help you achieve those ends.

The storied 300 Workout

25 Pullups
50 Deadlifts (Preferably with 135 pounds)
50 Pushups
50 Box Jumps (Jumping on a Flat Bench works as well, just check with your gym first, or remove shoes)
50 Floor Wipers (Imagine a Windshield Wiper Motion with your Legs, while supporting a Bench Press Bar)
50 Single Arm Dumbbell Cleans
25 Pullups

No Rest for this workout. As you become better with doing this workout, you made consider doing it twice, or if your crazy...3 times.
